2027 AADOCR/CADR Annual Meeting Registration

• Accompanying Persons Information

  Accompanying persons are non-dentists, non-researchers, non-IADR members who may be traveling with a meeting delegate and who have no scientific or educational interest in the meeting. Meeting delegates' students, lab technicians, colleagues, past IADR members, co-authors, exhibitor personnel, dental product company employees, etc., do not qualify as accompanying persons and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend. Accompanying persons are not eligible to earn continuing education credits and will not receive a certificate of attendance for the meeting. 

  If your accompanying person wishes to hear your presentation, you must register them and pay the $100 fee as part of your own registration process. Onsite, they will receive a special color-coded ribbon on site. The ribbon will admit an accompanying person for one day of the meeting only and will not be honored at any other time during the meeting. Anyone who wishes to attend more than one day of the meeting is considered to have more than a "personal" interest in dental research and will be required to pay the appropriate fee.

  Accompanying Persons registration rate is US$100 for one day only.

• Online Registration Safety

  IADR/AADOCR registration does not solicit. Tech-savvy scammers create fake reservations and websites that look legitimate. If you book through these sites, you run the risk of arriving and not having a registration and may jeopardize your personal information. Make sure you are starting from an iadr.org or aadocr.org or my.iadr.org webpage when you begin registration. Never book from an email that does not come from an iadr.org or aadocr.org email address. 

  Unless you have initiated the communication, please do not provide anyone with your personal information, especially your credit card number.

   

• Childcare Policy

  Children 15 years of age and younger are NOT allowed to access the exhibit hall, oral session, symposium, or any scientific sessions.

  Childcare is available onsite at the Convention Center for those families who have taken the required steps to register their child(ren) for the program prior to meeting dates. Additional slots may be available onsite, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  Children 16 and older, who are not presenters in the scientific program, must have an appropriate Accompanying Person’s badge to enter the exhibition hall or an oral session/symposium room. For more information about adding an Accompanying Person badge to a registration please contact @email 

Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

  Any registration cancellation and refund request must be received via the online form.

  Cancellation fee: $150 USD

  Cancellation and refund requests received 21 days prior to the start of the meeting (February 24, 2027) will be refunded, less the cancellation fee and non-refundable items (such as visa letter expedited shipping).

  • All eligible refund requests must be received via the online form no later than 10 days after the conclusion of the meeting. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds of less than $30 USD or less will be treated as contribution and not refunded. 
  • Refunds of less than $100 USD will not be issued via wire transfer. 
  • Refunds will be issued no later than 8 weeks after the conclusion of the meeting.

  Visa Denial 

  If your visa application is denied, refunds will be issued, less the cancellation fee.
  You must complete the online form and provide the following documentation: 

  1. Proof that visa application was submitted within 2 weeks of the abstract notification, December 16, 2026.
  2. Provide proof of visa rejection letter.

  Visa letter expedited shipping and/or Accompanying Person registration cancellation due to visa denial will not be refunded.

  Registration Rate Adjustment

  Adjustment to registration rate (such as from non-member to member, member to student, etc) will incur a $20 processing fee.  

  In the event the in-person components of the meeting cannot be held, all registrations will be for virtual attendance and will not be eligible for a refund from IADR.
   

• Substitution Policy

  AADOCR does not allow meeting registration substitutions. Registration fees may not be transferred to another person. Anyone unable to attend the meeting after having paid must cancel his/her registration. The new registrant must then register separately and pay the appropriate registration fee. If you are a presenter substitution, the same policy applies. The original presenter must register for the meeting and then cancel (refund amount less processing fee will depend on when the cancellation occurs) before the substitution can be processed. The new presenter must then register and pay the applicable rate.

• Financial Disclaimer

  AADOCR reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category and make any necessary corrections. For example, a full-time faculty member that chooses the Accompanying Person or Student rate will be corrected upon review. AADOCR reserves the right to charge his/her credit card the difference in registration fees. 

• Photo Release

  AADOCR reserves the right to photograph, videotape, and otherwise capture events and participants of the 2027 AADOCR/CADR Annual Meeting & Exhibition for unrestricted, nonexclusive, perpetual use in all media and forms of communication whether now existing or hereafter developed. By attending the General Session, you acknowledge and agree that AADOCR may use such images and recordings without your written permission or paying you compensation, and you permanently release AADOCR, and their respective successors and assigns, from any and all claims and liability arising from or relating to the making and use of such images and recordings.
